Sooo tired.

Guh, first 11 pages of new and improved 'A Child's Paradise' is finished. May god have mercy on my wrist. Redrawing the 'unfinished' pages 4-6 was the really tedious bit, but it turned out for the best. The next ten or so will be up... whenever. Sometime this month.

I can't believe it's friggin' 80 degrees... guh...

EDIT: Hey, who knew. Finished Chapter 23 of kuja-fic... it's on the website (link to your left) in the usual place, and if I get off my duff, on ffnet as well. This chapter comes Twig approved, because she caught the entertaining typo that had Kuja fighting a "Monster Hand" instead of his millipedian adversary. Hehehe. Monster hand. Will have to save that one for next time.

Welcome to spybot. A free little piece of software that just saved me 3 hours of manually editing my registry to try and rip some ad software off my computer (THANKYOU Sony Vaio for installing 'Support agent' that can act as insecure spyware on my machine that is accessible by third party bastards who decide I need offers of free internet gambling. Thankyou!)

Anyway, this little beauty ran through all my files and plucked out stuff I wasn't even aware was there, all of it bad, and politely shitcans it for me in about 2 minutes. Obviously if I used virus software better than PC-cillin not all of this would have slipped on under the radar. but still, irritating! And joy, it's gone now.

So yes, if you and Gator corp. had a nasty run in and you're being attacked by popups, or if (Flidgt) it seems something may be eating your ram but your virus checker is missing it... don't be like me and go "I'll just get rid of it myself" because you'll miss a bit and it'll come back later to piss you off... :-P

and also, hey if you're an LJ user go log in and see my funny fanfic feed back and tell me wtf the kid is smoking. This one is almost as good as the 'what do you mean they're having sex' one. *Laughs* I protected it so that my random alumni acquaintences wouldn't get an eyeful though, sorry. if you're not on LJ, (and I forgive you if you're not!) AIM me and I'll give you the text to giggle at.

Twig has migrated wholesale, I'm holding off, I've got too many coworkers who read mine to move my fanlife in as well. So I'll probably stay here where it's cozy and colorful and just link over occassionally. 'Protecting' every other entry seems retarded when I'm just alot more comfortable having seperate venues for my hobbies.

Wow.

So I just saw the final installment of Lord of the Rings.... and my brain has been melted to mush, and patted vaguely back into shape.

all I can say is 'thank god I got my fic snip done early' because Zack is bowled back in his seat, and the grumpies are absolutely in love. What awesome war scenes! Yes! Battle! elephants! Battle! Needless to say I'll be good for nothing for the rest of the night.

Ugh, that leaves only tomorrow for me to work on more advent things, and maybe kuja fic. Mmmm pity I can't throw an elephant in there. Naaah no room, just want to get with the final showdown.

My god that was a cool movie. See a matinee and it's almost a 1.50 for hour of amazing entertainment. Remarkable.

She already left!

Damnit! So yeah.... I woke up this morning at 8 (pretty good for a saturday! Yeah!) and tiptoed around so I wouldn't disturb the twig who needs her beautysleep for her drive to see the Spooky today.... and after quietly playing with cats and quietly buying tickets for LotR... I finally go poke her because it's getting sort of late if she wants to get to Dallas before lunch...

and the little bint had already left.

Mrrrr damn early risers. Could have at least left a note saying 'see ya sucker!' before ditching my ass. All this quality tiptoing around for nothing. Ah well, at least I didn't start making her french toast and eggs. Mmmm more for me.

Dude. Some crazy germans are leeching my OP images for their website. This peeves me. On the other hand. Their website is indeed alot cooler than mine. Maybe I should give my images away to a larger OP website and let them worry about this shit. Then I can just link to /them/ and be all fan-girlish. This is why I don't look at my web stats. It's never good news. Although, admitedly a search hit for "dangers for slugs" does amuse me.
